Common topics
- Signing in: enter your email address in the app; we send you a one-time code by email. Type the code to sign in. No password is needed.
- Moving your company to the ProBusiness service: we do it together with you. Write to us and we will plan the move with you.
- Export: your data can be exported as CSV files from the Export center in the app.
- Subscription and restore purchases: subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchases can also be restored from the app.
- Data and privacy: read our privacy policy.
